Shipping and Returns

  • We pack each order with care and ship them out within 5-7 working days after your order is placed.

    All orders are sent via tracked letterbox delivery, so your goodies can arrive safely even if you’re not home. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the way.

  • We don’t offer express shipping at the moment.

    If you need your order urgently, feel free to drop us a note at hi@dearbear.sg and we’ll see how we can help.

  • Right now, we’re shipping within Singapore only.

    We’d love to reach more pups in the future — follow us or join our mailing list to stay in the loop.

  • If your order hasn’t shown up within the expected timeframe, check the tracking link sent to your email and take a peek in your letterbox too (sometimes parcels like to arrive quietly!).

    Still no luck? Just email us at hi@dearbear.sg and we’ll help look into it.

  • Oh no! Please email hi@dearbear.sg with:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

  • Because our supplements are consumable and safety-sealed, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or refunds.

    That said, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us — we’ll always review things case by case and do our best to help.

  • We don’t offer exchanges for consumable products. If you’re unsure which product is right for your pup, email us at hi@dearbear.sg before ordering — we’re always happy to chat and guide you.
